About Kristin
Mental performance coaching has been part of my work throughout my career โ working with athletes across disciplines to help them close the gap between how they train and how they perform when it counts.
Alongside that, I spent 15 years as a General Manager and operational leader across MENA and Europe โ making high-stakes decisions under pressure, restructuring organizations, and leading turnarounds. The mental game of sport and the mental game of leadership are closer than most people think.
